Expertise/ Victoria Yakusha is a multifaceted designer, artist, and architect celebrated for her unique 'live design' philosophy that melds a deep connection to earth and ethnic roots.
In the wake of Ukraine's Revolution of Dignity in 2014, Yakusha founded FAINA—a design brand specializing in furniture, decor, and lighting that is deeply rooted in Ukrainian cultural heritage. Both in FAINA and her limited collections, Yakusha has carved a unique niche for herself, blending a minimalist aesthetic with rich cultural codes and her architectural background. In doing so, she has not only elevated her brand but also helped put Ukraine on the global design map, offering a fresh, sensual aesthetic intertwined with heritage and an innate connection to the earth. "In Ukraine, we're deeply connected to the earth. It's the foundational element in all my designs," says Yakusha.
