Michael's Genuine Bistro is from James Beard Award Winning Chef, Michael Schwartz. The Bistro menu features Cold and Hot Entrees like Steak Frites, Chicken Paillard, Moules Frites and Country Pate. There are also a variety of Salads (Classic Tuna Nicoise) and Sandwiches (Croque Madame). The Bar Menu includes Cocktails, and a selection of Wine and Beer.
