Exhibited at DESIGN MIAMI.PARIS 2023 Sometimes described as “boudins” sofa or “tube” sofa, this iconic design is part of a collection of seating designed by Michel Boyer in the early 1970’s. The sofas and chairs were mostly produced for Boyer's interior design projects and commissioned by his clients, but they were also available through Galerie Rouve. The generous tubular chromed metal structure from which the leather back is suspended with its tube cushions were remarkably original for the period and immediately recognizable as Michel Boyer.
