Throughout the creation of his art, Riyoo Kim draws inspiration from many different sources. His work is influenced by the ceramics of the Jōmon era, the traditional antic Chinese ceramics, as well as Hyao Mizayaji’s works, which represent Japanese animation by Annō Hideaki. Science fiction and street culture have an obvious connection. Materials: shigaraki clay.
