Exhibited at DESIGN MIAMI.PARIS 2023 The Barba d’argento armchair is one of the most iconic pieces designed in 1986 by Paolo Pallucco & Mireille Rivier. The seat made of metal chains resembles a machine gun, through this aesthetic the duo of designers criticizes the war like in most of their designs, probably willing to highlight the damages of wars in Europe during the XXth century.
